Ramblings

Well, I suppose it's time for an update. I'm home for this weekend because I have massive amounts of papers and assignments due next week, and I also have finals to prepare for. This upcoming week is going to be far more stressful than the actual finals week. I have two finals, and only one of them is an exam. The other, I just have to hand in my paper and share it with my classmates. To top it all off, I have one on Monday afternoon... and then my last on Thursday night! I have no reason to be there at all!! Ridiculous! I'm not sure what I'm going to do about that, I'll probably end up staying there and studying on Tuesday and Wednesday.

These past couple weeks have been kind of sucky, my emotions are all over the place and I can't stand it. I know exactly where the stress is stemming from, but I have no control over those situations, so I've decided to do nothing. Nothing is pretty much all I've got left lately. I just use up everything I have and end up hurting myself, so I'm done with it.

On a lighter note, I've fallen in love with a bunch of new bands and have completely abandoned the other music on my iPod. I just listen to the same music over and over again: The Spill Canvas, Something Corporate, Brand New, Bright Eyes, Rilo Kiley, Saves the Day, The Postal Service, Death Cab for Cutie, Motion City Soundtrack, Mae, Hot Rod Circuit, Built To Spill, among other things. I have become such an emo kid. Yikes.

Anyway, finals are over on the 16th, so I'll be home until the end of January. Hopefully working, if not... well, I'm working, I'll just get a new job if I have to. I hope all is well with all of you! Merry almost Christmas time!
